Cradou - User Agreement

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Cradou application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not access or use the App.

Cradou is provided to you free of charge, without requiring account registration or login, subject to your compliance with this Agreement.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Cradou is an innovative tattoo preview and experience application that allows users to:

Preview tattoo effects in real-time using augmented reality technology
Switch between male and female portrait models for personalized previews
Explore a massive collection of tattoo design resources
Navigate through designs using portrait selection arrows and page indicators
Download desired tattoo designs and save them to personal albums
Manage saved designs through a dedicated "Record" page
Access a built-in store with a gold coin system for purchasing additional designs
View transaction history for purchases made within the App

3. USER CONDUCT

You agree to use the App only for purposes that are permitted by this Agreement and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.

You agree not to:

Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the App
Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the App
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the App without express written permission
Use the App to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, features, and functionality available in the App, including but not limited to tattoo designs, artwork, graphics, text, photographs, and software, are the exclusive property of Cradou or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to this Agreement.

Downloading or saving tattoo designs through the App grants you a personal license to use those designs for reference purposes only. Commercial use of any designs requires explicit written permission from Cradou.

5. GOLD COIN SYSTEM & PURCHASES

The App features a virtual currency ("Gold Coins") that can be purchased through in-app purchases and used to acquire additional tattoo designs from the built-in store.

Gold Coins are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into real currency. All purchases of Gold Coins are final.

Cradou reserves the right to modify the price of Gold Coins and the cost of tattoo designs at any time, with reasonable notice provided within the App.

Transaction history for all Gold Coin purchases and design acquisitions will be maintained in the App for your reference.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO THE APP

Cradou reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any service to which it connects, with or without notice.

You agree that Cradou shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App or any part thereof.

7. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either you or Cradou. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing use of the App.

Cradou may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.

Sections 4, 8, 9, 10, and 11 shall survive termination of this Agreement.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Cradou does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

The tattoo previews provided by the App are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly represent how a tattoo will appear on actual skin.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL CRADOU BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP.

CRADOU'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CRADOU, IF ANY, FOR USE OF THE APP DURING THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

10. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

Cradou reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Agreement.

Your continued use of the App after any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
